<![CDATA[Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is a tool used to protect oneself or the body against the dangers of accidents in the workplace which can technically reduce the severity of accidents that occur. The purpose of this study was to describe the knowledge, attitudes, availability of PPE and policies with the use of PPE for paramedics in the inpatient ward of the hospital. This research is a descriptive analytic study using a cross sectional approach. The sampling used in this study was simple random sampling with a total of 137 nurses and midwives who had met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results of the univariate analysis showed good knowledge of 88.3%, good attitude 90.5%, PPE not available 78.1%, policy 96.4%, not using PPE 78.1%. The conclusion of this study is that knowledge and attitudes are in the good category, PPE is not available, there is a policy, and does not use PPE.]]>

<![CDATA[Laor worms (Lysidice oela) are worms that appear on the surface of the Maluku sea to reproduce in March or April. Laor worms are usually consumed by the most people because they contain 13.92% protein, 81.51% water, 1.01% fat, and 2.41% ash and contain 9 types of essential amino acids. Secondary metabolite compounds (bromophenol) from marine worms are antimicrobial. The purpose of this research was to determine the potential of secondary metabolites in inhibiting the growth of E. coli bacteria. Laor worm is extracted maceration with ethanol, ethyl acetate and petroleum ether. The results of each extract were tested for antibacterial activity using the disc diffusion method with variations in concentrations of 25, 50, 75, 100 and 125 mg/mL against E. coli bacteria. The results showed that laor worm extract could inhibit the growth of E. coli bacteria with an inhibition zone area of 13.4 mm for ethanol extract; 14.8 for ethyl acetate extract and 12.6 mm for petroleum ether extract]]>

<![CDATA[The analysis in this study aims to determine the effect of water therapy boiled starfruit leaves on respondents who experience hyperglycemia in the working area of the Simalingkar Health Center.. The design in this study uses the design pre-experiment (one group pre-test and post-test design). Researchers used a rational sampling , namely non-random sampling technique with a population of around 32 people. The sample of this study was an age range of 35-65 years with diabetes mellitus and not taking pharmacological therapy or blood sugar-lowering drugs in the working area of the Simalingkar Public Health Center in 2022. The study was carried out on March 18, 2022 – March 25, 2022. From the results obtained, there was an effect of water therapy boiled with starfruit leaves on blood glucose levels in the working area of the Simalingkar Health Center in 2022.]]>

<![CDATA[Exploration of the scheme before preparing teaching materials for basic techniques, tactics, and strategies for Sony Vegas-based sports massage with an appropriate and effective version of the anchored study before expanding interest and learning development for students of the Physical Education and Recreational Health Study Program of IKIP Budi Utomo. The exploratory version of the expansion backs up the Research and Development (R&D) method with the 4D version (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). <![CDATA[The research was conducted by Frety Matahelumual, Novita E. Kiljanin and Wiesje Ferdinandus with the title “Implementation of the National Tourism Empowerment Program (PNPM) in Amahusu and Latuhalat Kec. Nusaniwe Ambon City” was conducted to obtain a qualitative description of the implementation of the national community empowerment program that had been carried out. This study aims to determine the implementation process and benefits of the National Community Empowerment Program (PNPM) Mandiri Wisata as one of the empowerment programs in Ambon City. This study uses a qualitative approach at the research locus, namely the Amahusus country and the Latuhat country, the data analysis technique used in this study uses a qualitative descriptive model. The results of the study show that with this program, PNPM Mandiri Tourism in both tourist villages, namely the community can improve the family economy, create jobs and increase village income. Lack of communication and low human resources and budget resources so that the implementation process of the National Community Empowerment Program (PNPM) Mandiri Tourism has not been carried out optimally.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the application of Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) in the learning process. This research is a literature study, which aims to determine the application of contextual learning approaches in learning in fostering student learning independence. In this study, the researcher first formulates the problem, then proceeds to explore existing and relevant research for analysis. Data collection techniques by browsing electronic journals, theses, and under theses through Google Schoolar. From the research results of 20 relevant articles, it shows that the CTL approach is very effective in increasing students' learning independence. This is because the CTL approach encourages students to construct their knowledge by applying it in everyday life as members of the family and community.]]>

<![CDATA[Service quality is the act of success of a company that can and is able to form a positive perception based on the expectations of its customers and is able to create a satisfaction and loyalty of its customers. service affects passenger satisfaction during the corona virus-19 pandemic at Sultan Babullah airport in Ternate. This research method uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques using questionnaires and requires a sample of 100 selected respondents selected using Non-Probability Sampling with Incidental Sampling Techniques. The results showed that the service quality variable (X) had a significant effect on the passenger satisfaction variable (Y) of 88.7%. The remaining 11.3% is influenced by other variables outside the variables not studied.]]>

<![CDATA[This study intends to determine the effect of service quality and security facilities on service user satisfaction at UPBU Rahadi Oesman Ketapang. Quantitative method is the method applied in this research. The population of this study is all service users or passengers at UPBU Rahadi Oesman Ketapang in 2020, totaling 138,719 and a sample of 100 respondents. Sources of data used are secondary data in the form of documentation and primary data obtained directly through a questionnaire. The results of the analysis of the T test data obtained that service quality has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction and security facilities have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction. Analysis of the F test data obtained that the quality of service and security facilities together have a positive and significant effect on service user satisfaction at UPBU Rahadi Oesman Ketapang.]]>
